Gleniti Golf Club Covid Protection Framework

Our number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of our staff,
members, guests and the wider community.

The areas of the club are defined as,

Hospitality, being the clubrooms

Course, being the golf course and trundler and cart sheds.

Hayzes Café, Driving range and Pro Shop are administered by Peter
and therefore he has the responsibility controlling the requirements
for entry and the level of protection for staff, members, and guests.

Access to cards for non-vaccinated players can be arranged by
vaccinated members or will be from the emergency supply available
at the Green Fees box

Summary

GREEN SETTING
• Hospitality – Vaccination Certificate Required
• Course – Open (No vaccination Certificate Required)

ORANGE SETTING
• Hospitality – Vaccination Certificate Required (no limit on numbers)
• Course – Open (No vaccination Certificate Required)


RED SETTING
• Hospitality – Vaccination Certificate Required, capacity capped,
seated and separated
• Course – Open (No vaccination Certificate Required)
• Workers required to wear face covering
• There can be up to 100 people based on 1-metre physical
distancing in a single defined space at the venue at any time.


Members Responsibility
Ensure they scan in to the course.
Carry evidence of their own My Vaccine Pass
Wear masks as appropriate

Clubs Responsibility
Check members and guests My Vaccine Pass upon entry into
clubrooms.
Note: This can be done by sighting a physical pass, or by scanning
via a mobile device, or creating a membership list of confirmed
vaccinated members.
This role will normally fall to the bar staff but may be done by
other club committee members.
